We are pleased to invite you to the ordinary general assembly of the A.M.Mi association:

The association’s general assembly will be held on October 30 at 9:30 AM via Zoom.

As a reminder, in accordance with the A.M.Mi statutes, only members whose dues are current will be eligible to vote.
Below you will find the agenda, a proxy form (to be returned by email if you are unable to attend), and a call for applications to serve on the board of directors.

9:30 AM: Welcome of members
– Welcome address
– Moral and activity report 2019/2020 (vote)
– Family support actions (explanation of the family assistance committee’s operations)
– Financial report 2019/2020 (vote)
– Presentation of the 2021 budget forecast (vote)
– Board of Directors: outgoing third, presentation of candidacies and vote
– Upcoming events and event ideas for all members (Hero Race, Heart Loops…)
– Miscellaneous questions and discussion with members
