submitted by member families receiving support. Its operation is based on the following principles: <\/span><\/p><p> <\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Committee reviews each request, taking into account that <\/span><b>the A.M.Mi association only intervenes as a last resort<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, meaning <\/span><b>only after all state aid or other schemes have been applied for<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Applications are presented anonymously<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to ensure the impartiality of the decision.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the request has been reviewed, <\/span><b>the Committee makes a decision and submits it to the Board of Directors for validation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (always anonymously)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>A written response (by email or mail) is sent to the family<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, whether the aid is granted or not.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Any loan granted must be repaid<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A <\/span><b>repayment schedule is established<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> between the family and the association. This schedule can be reviewed in case of a change in circumstances, upon a reasoned request.
